What is the Return & Exchange Policy?
Items in new, saleable condition with the original receipt may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
High-end watches and jewelry
Personalized or custom-made items (including engraved or hot-stamped pieces)
Used beauty products or opened perfume packaging
Watches & Jewelry
Must include all original packaging, warranty certificates, and product documentation (e.g., COSC, GIA).
Beauty Products
Must be unused, in original packaging, with all included accessories. Perfume boxes must remain sealed.
Refunds
Refunds are processed in the original form of payment, in the same currency and country as the purchase.
Online Purchases
PayPal orders may only be returned or exchanged through our online store.
Online orders cannot be returned at department store locations.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased at a Joseph Line Company boutique cannot be refunded at department store counters.
Exchanges are accepted at any Joseph Line Company boutique, except where restricted by local laws.
Department Store Purchases
Items bought at a department store may only be refunded or exchanged at that same store.
Some department store locations may have specific return procedures managed by Joseph Line Company staff.
Exports
Customers exporting merchandise are responsible for complying with all related laws and regulations.
What are the accepted payment methods?
Joseph Line Company accepts credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal for orders with a valid U.S. billing and shipping address.
Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
The billing address must match the address on file with your payment provider. Orders with mismatched details cannot be processed.
